About Us

Kaizen Systems was formed in September 2000 by Managing Director, Robin Winnett, joined by Ivan Brewis, our Technical Director (CTO), in 2004. They have been successfully delivering software services to start-ups through to multi-national companies ever since.

We focus on working with companies who are looking for a business partner to help them achieve their potential. All of our lead consultants have a software development background with at least 20 years of experience, and we work collaboratively across projects, with key decisions cross-checked by other members of our leadership team.

Our name Kaizen literally translates as “good change” and continual improvement. As a company, our ethos is to continually improve the way we work in every area of our business, so we can better support your aims - our goal is to become a truly outstanding company through continuous improvement.

We are a small company by design - a strength that lets us focus on helping other businesses succeed, draw on a strong network, introduce complementary businesses where appropriate, and keep overheads low so we can offer a service we believe is significantly superior at a comparable price.
